Hospital Nama ہسپتال نامہ
A free, patient-facing platform that helps people in Pakistan find the right hospital.
Why Hospital Nama?
Pakistan currently has no centralised, public platform for comparing hospitals. Families rely mostly on word of mouth, and many move from one hospital to another before finding one that offers the service they need, while some avoid seeking care altogether. This can delay timely treatment and add to the stress patients already face.
Existing public healthcare platforms focus on booking individual doctors, not on hospital facilities, comparison or cost. Hospital Nama fills that gap.
Key Features
Patient complaint themes
A specialised AI model groups 4,000 negative reviews of 45 Lahore hospitals into themes such as cleanliness, staff behaviour and waiting times, with department-level feedback and real example reviews users can read for themselves.
Hospital facts in one place
Bed count, expected price range, departments, PHC MSDS compliance scores, Sehat Sahulat Card (SSC) coverage and other characteristics, gathered into a single source.
Compare hospitals
Compare up to three hospitals at once. City averages for the percentage of negative reviews and complaint frequency place each hospital above, below or at the city average.
Find the closest option
Hospitals are ranked by road travel time from Google Maps within an adjustable range, and can be filtered by facilities, price, ratings and whether subsidised care is needed.
Plain-language summaries
An AI assistant summarises all of the information in Urdu and English, and explicitly does not give any medical advice.
