Prof. Niaz Ahmed Shaikh is Professor of Academic Medicine at Dubai\r\nMedical College for Girls and Consultant Internal Medicine at Rashid Hospital,\r\nDubai Health. He has graduated from Sindh Medical College Karachi and had\r\nreceived postgraduate training at United Kingdom. He has fellowships from\r\nAmerican College of Physicians and the Royal College of Physicians of London,\r\nEdinburgh, Glasgow and Ireland. He is also fellow of the Royal Society of\r\nPublic Health UK.<\/span><\/p>

 <\/span>Prof. Niaz Shaikh has got an extensive clinical experience working\r\nmostly in Acute Care Medicine at Tertiary care teaching Hospitals. While\r\ncommitted to medical education with passion and pleasure, he has been teacher,\r\nsupervisor, trainer, mentor and examiner of undergraduate and postgraduate\r\nstudents for various training programs and at different universities for nearly\r\nthree decades. He is an International Examiner of MRCP-PACES since 2015 and an\r\nactive teaching faculty member for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at\r\nRashid Hospital, for Arab Board and Saudi Board of Health Sciences. He takes\r\npride in teaching preaching and practicing General Internal Medicine in this\r\nera of subspecialties. He has published more than 50 articles in peer reviewed\r\njournals and written many Clinical Practice Guidelines for Hospital Practice.<\/span><\/p>
